Here you will find information about each website color variable including what pages, and where on each page it affects. You can navigate this documentation either by page, or by the variable name.
Keep in mind that if you change website colors, often you will need to change graphics as well on your site, as the graphics are designed to match the colors that come with the template you've chosen. ALL GRAPHICS on your website can be changed and customized. In order to do this, you must have knowledge of web design. If so, you can modify all images by connecting to your site via FTP.
